Client desired a complete rehab of the entire structure that consists of 3 stories and a full basement that were originally designed as a Two-Family Unit. This also involved updates of exterior features, including the rear porch. House was redesigned with more open design that allows for a more modern feel and converted to a One-Family dwelling.
