This house is around 110 years old and part of The Tower Grove neighborhood. This project was a total rehabilitation of the entire facility. Client desired to create an open area of the 1st floor plan that included the removal of the 2nd set of rear stairs to the 2nd floor and removing and redesigning a load bearing wall. We also reversed the direction of the basement stairs to enhance the layout of the area. Additional modifications were done to the 2nd floor to provide 3 bedrooms, that also included a master bedroom and bath along with a laundry area. There also was an updated rear two-level deck along with an added carport.
